Lucky Juliet was my first feature film & it truly was the movie that stole my heart. Directed by Gregory Haynes, and photographed by Jason Eggelston, I was paired up with actor Steve Bethers as my co-star. “Lucky Juliet” was a heartbreaking love story about the odd couple that loved to have picnics on the kitchen floor, go to fancy dinners at Taco Bell, and bond over bowling. I played Juliet, the runaway bride that unconsciously crashed Lucky’s world in search of finding her own sense of self through an experiment of contrast. “Lucky Juliet” was a magical experience for me as an actor and as a person. Making the jump from stage to film would forever change my experience as an actor, and would also begin the journey of making my younger self’s dream a step closer to a reality. And so began the love affair with film, film-making, and the enchanting reunion with imagination.
